The Autoflo Whole House Furnace Mount Humidifier Models X15A and X15B are Steam units, predecessors to the Model SU14 & Model SU20 are very similar in nature.  You can use this sketch to identify your part by enlarging it to a full sized version. These units are no longer in production.
